At Battery Tender®, we want your style to feel as powerful as it looks, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your fit, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items with all tags attached back into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
